SHIPPING POLICY

We use Royal Mail, please be aware of any industrial action taking place before placing your order at https://www.royalmail.com/latest-news

 

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. This timeframe excludes weekends, bank holidays or any vacations mentioned above. Business days do not include weekends or bank holidays. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

All orders are dispatched with Royal Mail 1st Class.

During busy periods it is very likely your parcel(s) will take longer to arrive. Please check your delivery details are correct, or head over to the Royal Mail website to see if there are any significant delays affecting your postcode.

Once orders are shipped any problems are outside our control. We accept no liability for items delayed in transit due to industrial action or other circumstances outside our control. We are not liable for any delays in

 

Please ensure you have entered the correct delivery details when placing your order. Any replacements will incur additional costs to the buyer. We accept no liability for items delayed/ lost in transit due to an incorrect delivery address being given. If you have entered the wrong address on your order please contact us as soon as possible.

1st Class aims to deliver items next business day. Please note that during busy periods this will be longer. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a delivery confirmation code which you can use to see if delivery has been attempted.
